Stay Upright: Wait at least 4 - 6 hours before lying down after your injections to help prevent Botox from migrating to unintended areas. Please squat rather than bending over at the waist during this time.
Hands Off: Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the injection sites for at least 24 hours.
No Alcohol: Avoid alcohol for the first 24 hours to reduce the risk of bruising and support proper healing.
Avoid Strenuous Activity and Heat: For the first 24 hours, avoid strenuous exercise and heat exposure, including saunas, hot tubs, heating pads, and prolonged or direct sun exposure. Increased blood flow and heat may raise the risk of swelling, bruising, or product migration, which can affect your results.
Skin Care & Comfort: Avoid makeup and skincare products on treated areas for 24 hours. Cleanse gently, avoid scrubbing, exfoliating, or retinol use, and apply mild moisturizers as needed. If swelling or discomfort occurs, use a cold compress briefly to soothe the area.
Avoid facials, massages, exfoliating the area for the first 24 hours.
Hats & Headbands: Please wait 24 hours after treatment before wearing hats or headbands.
Pain & Discomfort: Use acetaminophen (Tylenol) for discomfort. Avoid NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or aspirin for 24 hours, as they may increase bleeding or bruising.

WAIT at least 2 weeks before undergoing dental work, immunizations, or laser treatments.
The most common side effects include bruising, swelling, and redness, which are temporary and typically resolve on their own.
